Postcard № 4
This beautiful postcard I recieved from Istanbul, from Turkey!
From lady Belkis.

This card shows Leander's Tower.

Mr. Wiki : The Maiden's Tower (Turkish: Kız Kulesi), also known in the ancient Greek and medieval Byzantine periods as Leander's Tower (Tower of Leandros), sits on a small islet located at the southern entrance of Bosphorus strait 200 m (220 yd) off the coast of Üsküdar in Istanbul, Turkey.

Today, there is a restaurant in the first floor and a café at the top of the tower.
The tower was depicted on the reverse of the Turkish 10 lira banknotes of 1966-1981.

I really liked this stamp. It make me smiiiiiiile :-) :-)

But this is a kind of sad postcard. Belkis, I hope you will be OK!
